The types of personal information we collect

Public Forums: Websites operated by CAMSADS may contain chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups. CAMSADS prohibits the posting of illegal or defamatory content in its chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups and reserves the right to remove any user-posted content at CAMSADS ’s sole discretion. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when disclosing personal information.
Financial Information: Financial information, such as a credit card or bank account number, is captured when users place an order or make a purchase. Financial information is used to check the purchaser’s qualifications and to process the payment(s) for products and services ordered. Financial data is only captured on web pages that reside on secure servers. Transmission of financial data over the Internet is always fully encrypted. Storage of financial information is only handled by third-party PCI-compliant payment processors. After a transaction, no financial data resides on CAMSADS servers. Financial information is never shared with any parties other than the financial institutions directly involved in processing the transaction.
Personal Information: Personal information, such as a person’s first name, last name, or billing address, is captured when a user places an order or makes a purchase. This information is used to check the purchaser’s qualifications and to process the payment(s) for products and services ordered. This information is also used for customer support purposes. We may disclose personal information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver, or other comparable legal process. We may also disclose personal information in the course of investigating suspected fraud or other illegal activity. Outside of the aforementioned legal processes, personal information is never shared with any parties other than the financial institutions directly involved in processing the transaction.
Customer Information: Customer information, such as a username, password, or e-mail address, can be captured when a customer registers on the website, places an order, subscribes to a newsletter, responds to a survey, or otherwise enters information into a form on one of our websites. CAMSADS is a global organization, and your personal information may be stored and processed outside of your home country. We take steps to ensure that the information we collect is processed according to this Privacy Policy and the requirements of applicable law wherever the data is located.
Your right to access and correct your personal information
The Company is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the controller in respect of processing personal data, collected by Affiliates. The Affiliates are referred to in this Privacy Policy as the processors regarding personal data, collected by Affiliates.
The Company takes serious security measures to grant maximum protection to personal data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, or deletion of data. The personal data transmitted to the Company by Affiliates is always protected by highly sophisticated security system.
The Company guards personal information on electronic and physical levels.
Besides using its own security software and mechanisms, Company also incorporates the most advanced security technologies available in order to ensure maximum safety of personal data provided by Affiliates.
Company’s employees' access to any personal information of its’ Affiliates is extremely limited and they are bound by confidentiality obligations. Therefore, they might be subject to disciplinary measures, including the termination of their contracts and in serious cases even criminal prosecution should they fail to meet these strict obligations.
Company shall preserve personal data on its’ servers for one year of the relevant application. The aforementioned term for preservation shall arise from the limitation periods for the assertion of claims for compensation for certain damage that apply to the relevant applications.
The Customers may have the following rights in respect of processing personal data:
1. request access to their personal data;
2. request that the data be supplemented, corrected or replaced;
3. request that the data be deleted and further processing be terminated;
4. request that the processing of the data be restricted;
5. withdraw their consent;
6. exercise their right to the portability of the data pursuant to Article 20 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
